What happens next
How your request is handled
- Your request is checked to confirm the account and your identity.
- The service team coordinates with your organisation, which manages workplace accounts and production records.
- You receive confirmation of the action taken and an explanation of any information that must be retained, why it is retained, and the applicable retention period.
What the request covers
Account, personal data, or selected information
You can request deletion of your login account, profile information and associated personal data. You can also request deletion of specific personal information without asking to delete the entire account. Account deactivation alone is not the same as deletion.
Production and audit records
How shared plant records are assessed
Shared manufacturing records, approvals and audit history may need to remain available to your organisation. Personal details within those records are assessed for deletion or anonymisation, subject to the organisation’s retention requirements and applicable obligations. The team should explain any exception when responding to your request.
Before removing the app
Make sure pending entries have synced
Send any pending entries your organisation needs before signing out. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your server account. Local entries that have not synced may be lost.
