ProcessFloor is production software for organisations operating foundries and other shop-floor equipment. The service is provided by Neetu AI Solutions LLP. Your organisation provisions accounts and decides which production information to record. Contact your plant administrator about your organisation’s use of the service, or use the contact options below.

• Account information: name, work email, optional phone number, organisation, role and authentication credentials. Passwords are stored as hashes on the server.
• Production records: machines, heat numbers, materials, chemistry samples, pours, output, downtime, notes, readings and uploaded plant floor plans.
• Activity history: the user associated with entries, corrections, verification and approval, together with timestamps and the values involved.
• Operational information: requests to the server, connection information and error logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the service. Hosting systems may record IP addresses and request metadata.
• Support correspondence: information you choose to send when asking for help or requesting deletion.

Information is used to authenticate staff, limit access by organisation and role, record production, synchronise entries, preserve the history of changes, produce reports and answer support requests. Plant administrators and other authorised staff can access records according to their roles.

The operator app stores a session token, account information, settings, cached records and pending entries on the device so it can work through connection interruptions. Pending entries are sent to your organisation’s configured server when connectivity returns. Signing out removes locally stored account information, cached records and the pending queue; entries already saved on the server remain there.

A configured edge collector reads selected machine signals and sends them to the organisation’s server. It may temporarily buffer readings locally when offline. What is collected depends on the machine configuration, not a universal set of sensors.

Records are available to authorised users of your organisation. Infrastructure providers that host or maintain a deployment may process information to deliver that service. Your organisation’s deployment and agreements determine the providers and hosting locations involved. Contact your administrator for those details. This version of ProcessFloor does not include advertising or cross-app tracking integrations.

This website does not use analytics, advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Your light or dark appearance preference is stored in your browser’s session storage for the current tab. The hosting provider may keep normal access and error logs. Contact links open your email application; no message is sent until you choose to send it. Your email provider processes that correspondence under its own terms.

Account data is used while access is active. Production and audit records may be retained by your organisation after an individual leaves because they form part of its manufacturing records. The applicable retention period depends on the organisation’s documented requirements, service agreement and legal obligations. Ask your administrator or the support contact for the period that applies to your account.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data using the account deletion page. A request is reviewed to confirm identity and identify records that must be retained. Any retained categories, reasons and applicable retention periods should be explained in the response. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not delete server records.

You may ask for access to your account information, correction of inaccurate information or deletion of your personal information. Your organisation may also manage your access directly. Contact the organisation that created your account or use the contact information below.

ProcessFloor uses authentication and organisation-scoped access controls. Keep your device protected and do not share passwords. The service is intended for authorised workplace users and is not designed for children.
