Joining your plant
A short guide for the floor and the desk.
Get started on your phone or tablet
- 01Get your access.
Ask your plant administrator for your account and mobile installation instructions.
- 02Sign in to your plant.
Use your work account. Your administrator can help if you cannot sign in.
- 03Open your floor.
Open Floor, choose a shop, then select a machine. Open a heat record or view the machine’s monitoring information.
Set up your web workspace
- 01Sign in as an administrator.
Use your organisation’s admin account in the web workspace.
- 02Set up your plant.
Add shops and machines, then provide staff with the access their work needs.
- 03Follow the work.
Review your configured plant, production records and reports from the desk.
Help signing in
Get access or reset a password.
Your plant administrator manages your account.
Ask them to confirm your work email, reset your password, or provide access to the correct organisation. ProcessFloor does not offer public self-signup.
If your email belongs to more than one organisation, use the organisation code provided by your administrator in sign-in options where available.

Offline, waiting, or failed entries.
- 01Check the queue.
Open More → Sync in the current app (Settings → Sync in earlier versions) to see waiting or failed entries.
- 02Reconnect and send.
Restore your connection and choose “Send now” for waiting entries.
- 03Review failures.
Open a failed entry, check the reason, and retry after correcting the issue.
Keep the app installed and stay signed in while entries are waiting. Signing out clears entries that have not reached the server.
When a value looks wrong
Keep the original. Add the context.
Start with the machine and its connection.
Check them with your plant administrator. Operators can verify or correct supported heat figures; ProcessFloor keeps the original machine value alongside the correction.
Follow your plant’s operating and safety procedures. ProcessFloor records production data; it does not control machinery.
